Today I kept my diet 100% dairy free.  For breakfast I made juice, lunch was stir fry, midday was more juice, and dinner was baked salmon, mashed potatoes (which I ate sparingly), and a nice big salad. So, as it turns out the sore throat WASNT the flu, but it was the start of some sort of icky allergy head cold thing-a-ma-jig.  48 hours of sleep + claratin D every 12 hours + Tylenol Sore Throat + Emergen-C every 4 hours beat it to a pulp and by Friday it was all sunshine and rainbows. Got to head to a Christmas party and though tired the next day, a good time was had by all. Woot!
